John Michael Schmitz Jr. is a professional athlete, serving as the center for the New York Giants, and is also a key part of our family real estate business. His strong work ethic, teamwork, and leadership skills, honed on the field, translate into a dedicated approach to helping others in the real estate industry. While his primary career is in football, his involvement with SBI Homes reflects his commitment to the family’s mission of providing trusted, reliable solutions for homeowners looking to sell their properties.

John Schmitz Sr.

John, or as we call him “Dad” is the wheels of this entire operation. Working in the trades and growing up on a farm have taught him just about all he needs to know on how to fix just about anything. He is the father of 4 and a husband to an extraordinary woman. John is also a superintendent for a large construction company in Chicago. He fell into real estate because his boys dragged him in and is loving every second of it.
